Product Overview:
The Anti-Sublimation Heat Transfer Film is essentially a composite TPU film featuring an integrated barrier layer, specifically engineered to resolve the issue of dye sublimation and migration that occurs during the heat transfer process on polyester and blended fabrics. Composed of polyurethane material, an anti-sublimation coating, a hot-melt adhesive backing, and a PET carrier film, it is characterized by its ability to effectively prevent disperse dyes from sublimating and bleeding through to the surface of the transfer film. This anti-sublimation film is suitable for use on fabrics made from cotton, polyester, acrylic, and similar fibers. It can be applied to a wide range of items—including apparel, bags, footwear, and headwear—and is particularly well-suited for heat-pressing sportswear, T-shirts, and other garments containing polyester components. It is ideally suited for the transfer production of numbers, logos, graphics, and lettering on athletic apparel.

• The positioning film utilizes a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive; this allows the cut-out pattern to re-adhere during the weeding process. The adhesion between the positioning film and the color layer is stable and moderate, ensuring excellent cutting performance (resulting in smooth, burr-free edges) and easy weeding (characterized by a minimal difference between the peel-off force before heat pressing and the release force after pressing).
• Effectively prevents sublimation dye migration onto the surface.
• Exhibits excellent tensile strength, elasticity, weather resistance, and wash durability.
• Highly resistant to washing; remains soft, maintains stable thermal resistance, and does not deform or suffer from adhesive failure.
• Not suitable for use on rough surfaces (e.g., coarse burlap, sanded leather) or fabrics with special coatings (e.g., waterproof coatings).
